台灣特色茶之「東方美人茶」

 

東方美人茶又名白毫烏龍、椪風茶,為台灣獨有茗品,屬於半發酵茶,主要產季是每年夏季。

外觀五色雜陳,如同美麗梅花鹿身上的斑點,茶湯琥珀豔紅,帶有迷人熟果香與天然蜜香襲人,口感濃郁甘醇、甜潤芬芳,為茶饕口中最美麗的茶款

傳說: 

獻給英國女王伊麗莎白二世品嘗後,讚不絕口,賜名「東方美人茶」。

茶葉生長過程中由於茶樹被小綠葉蟬蟲啃咬而產生的特殊熟果蜜香與口感,也叫做蜒香,茶湯琥珀豔紅,滋味濃郁甘醇,帶有熟果香與天然蜜香 。

Taiwan's specialty tea "Oriental Beauty Tea"

Oriental Beauty Tea, also known as  Bai hao Oolong and Dongfang meiren Tea, is a unique tea in Taiwan. It is a semi-fermented tea and  mainly produced in summer.

The appearance is colorful, like the spots on a beautiful Formosan sika deer. The tea soup is amber and bright red, with a charming aroma of ripe fruit and natural honey. The taste is sweet flavor and floral aroma. It is the most beautiful tea among tea lovers.

Legend:

After offering it to Queen Elizabeth II, she was full of praise and  then named it as  "Oriental Beauty Tea".

 

The  feature: 

The special ripe fruit and honey aroma & taste comes from  the tea tree  bitten by small green leafhoppers, also called scorpion scent. The tea soup is amber and bright red, and the taste is rich and mellow, with ripe fruit and natural honey aroma.
