台灣特色茶之「紅韻紅茶-台茶21號」

紅韻紅茶 Hongyun Black Tea全發酵紅茶、條索型。

是由台灣茶業改良場以印度大葉種茶樹kyang和中國祈門紅茶配種孕育的新品種紅茶,2008年正式命名紅韻。

最大特點在於茶湯金紅明亮,蘊含花果香與柚子香,一支相當適合純飲的紅茶,香氣突出。

 

  • 沖泡方式

熱沖: 700c.c水,需約10g茶葉。

  1. 準備700c.c的熱水,裝入壺或杯容器內
  2. 將10g茶葉放入容器中
  3. 浸泡約3-5分鐘,即可飲用,可回沖。

冷泡 3g茶葉,可沖泡500c.c冷泡茶。

  1. 準備500c.c的常溫水,裝入瓶或杯容器內,將茶葉置入杯中
  2. 室溫靜置2小時或放入冰箱冷藏約6小時,即可飲用
  3. 保存方式,請於冷藏48小時內飲用完畢

 

Taiwan's special tea " Hongyun Black Tea-TTES No.21 (Honyun)"

Hongyun Black Tea is a fully fermented black tea, strip type. It is a new  item of black tea crossbreeding from Indian Large-leaf black tea tree "kyang" and Chinese Qimen black tea by Tea and Beverage Research Station, Ministry of Agriculture,Taiwan.   It was officially named Hongyun in 2008. The biggest feature is that the tea liquor color is golden red and bright, containing floral and fruity and grapefruit aromas. It is quite suitable for drinking purely, with outstanding aroma.

  • Brewing method:

Hot brewing: 700c.c of hot water, about 10g of tea 

  1. Prepare 700c.c of hot water and put it into a pot or cup container
  2. Put 10g of tea into the container
  3. Soaking for 3-5 minutes, it is ready for drinking and can make a next brew. 

 Cold Brewing:  500c.c cold water, 3g of tea 

  1. Prepare 500c.c of normal temperature water, put it into a bottle or cup container, put the tea into the cup
  2. After 2 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 6 hours, then it's ready for drinking
  3. Please Keep it in the refrigerator and drink within 48 hours
